Lumy ("Lumy," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, use, and share ("process") your information when you use our mobile application and related services (the "Services").

If you register using a social media account, we may access information such as your name, email, profile picture, and friend list, as made available by the platform. We are not responsible for how these third parties use your information. Please review their privacy policies.

You may delete your account via the app: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. After deletion, your account will no longer be visible. We will process the deletion within 30 days; logging in during this period cancels the request.
Note that we may retain certain information where necessary:

For ongoing disputes, investigations, or claims
For legitimate business interests, such as fraud prevention
Please be aware that information previously shared with others may remain accessible even after account deletion.

You can stop data collection by uninstalling the app, but this does not close your account. Use the in-app feature to close your account permanently.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last Updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
10. Minors
Our Services are not intended for users under 18. If you believe a user is under 13, please report it via the app.
